Came across Loft Doctor after a recommendation from a friend. Really pleased with the whole process! From enquiring it was only about a week before we had the guy round to do a quote (for boarding, ladder and light). Steve who came to do the fitting was an absolute legend and explained the pros and cons of each option to help us decide what we wanted. Luckily there was a cancellation, so we were able to get the loft boarding done the Tuesday of the following week. Paul who came to fit the loft boarding was super efficient, professional and considerate of our house. He left it tidy and explained everything including how it works and the 5 year guarantee. Loft boarding and ladder feel sturdy and we are pleased we have had it done. A very pleasant and easy experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend these lot! Well done LD! 👏 😁 ~ Kim B

From initial contact, through to quote and eventual every aspect of The Loft Doctor handling was 1st class. Steve who came to quote was great, no B.S. no hard sell, which was amazing. There is a minimum spend which is explained thoroughly. Kevin our fitter who did the loft was here on time, never stopped working 156sq ft boarded out, and left the loft area clean, as well as the landing below the loft hatch. The office staff we dealt with were easy to talk to and really helpful. All round 10 🌟s If your think of getting your loft boarded out I can't recommend The Loft Doctor enough, you won't be sorry. Brilliant service from start to finish. Professional and helpful through the whole process. Excellent communication from 1st point of contact to completion of works. The fitter arrived on site, began sheeting up before running through the whole job with myself and my husband to make sure we was happy with everything. Loft Doctor were professional from start to finish. They turned up on time for the quote and explained the whole process carefully and outlined all our options. The fitting day came and I was really pleased with how polite Callum was. He fitted everything in record time (especially as everyone always comments on how big the loft space is) and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. Absolutely great service, got a brilliant finish done quickly by a professional. Everything went very smoothly and cost less than expected and less than others quoted, there were no major shocks with the bill after I had to confirm something with them but once that was sorted everything was perfect. Great service. Very thorough, even down to a second survey to ensure all was well as it was an awkward loft hatch. Ben the installer was really great, efficient and friendly and took lots of trouble to protect carpets and door ways etc from dust and mess - really thorough indeed. Would definitely recommend. The quote was explained well and was very clear; Kev did the work (removing old insulation, re-insulating and boarding) very quickly and very tidily; and I was left with a great space for storage that is now easy to access.
